Our process begins by meeting to find a plan from our portfolio which best suits your lifestyle and budget. After a plan has been selected and contracts are approved HomEdge will schedule an appointment to make all your selections at our design studio with our interior designers, allowing you to make all your selections at one convenient place. Once all selections are completed clients will sign off on all selections and construction will begin. Clients are encouraged to be involved throughout the construction process and scheduled site visits will occur throughout the build until time of possession. At possession, our team will walk you through your new home educating you on the many features and maintenance of your new home.
